Boutique … I’m giving away Two Tickets to the Girls Night Out Party

Posted by on November 13, 2014

As many of you know I am deeply involved in the Junior League of Winston-Salem.  I firmly believe in our mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  I take a lot of pride in what the Junior League has accomplished in Winston-Salem and all of the amazing community volunteers of the JLWS.

As a member of the Junior League I am  proud today the JLWS is community partners with such organizations as Golar Community Garden, The Children’s Museum of Winston-Salem, HOPE and many more.  The JLWS also has some phenomenal signature community projects including the Child Abuse Puppet Show, where the JLWS has reached every third grade child in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System for almost the last thirty years.  The JLWS is also proud to have a new community project BookWORM which is working with five community partners distributing age appropriate books to children in need.

Why am I telling you all of this??  Because the Junior League of Winston-Salem’s Fifth Annual Boutique is next Friday and Saturday.  This one one of the JLWS’s fundraisers to support the mission in the community.  Please come out and support the 92 year commitment to Winston-Salem that the Junior League has provided.

Shop for a Cause!!!

Enjoy shopping, Santa on Saturday, and entertainment though out!
