Daphne and I ventured to Five Points Restaurant last week to see what they were serving. As you walk into the large restaurant there is the main dining room or the fantastic bar. Both are very inviting spaces. Today Daphne and I sat in the main dining room. The menu has a lot of options, today I went with the Mediterranean Ahi Tuna Salad. This salad is packed with delicious tuna as well as bits of olives, feta, and a bed of arugula. What is not to enjoy?
Daphne had the Shrimp Tacos. She said, “They were delicious. I would order them again.”
For dessert we shared the dessert flight. A wise choice for us. It is the Five Points Cheese Cake, Warm Belgium Chocolate Torte, and the bread pudding. We couldn’t put our spoons down. They were all so good. Our favorite surprisingly was the bread pudding. Neither of us would have chosen it first but we couldn’t get enough of it. Absolutely delicious. Daphne added, “the bread pudding was to die for!”
Five Points has great outdoor space with live bands during the spring and summer. They also have a meeting room for a more intimate setting as well. There is so much happening here. When I asked Daphne about the ambiance, ” It was neat. It is a really spacious restaurant. It has a nice big bar area and a nice covered patio.” Also, one more fun thing about Five Points is kids eat free on Mondays with the purchase of an adult entree. Who doesn’t love that?
The kind folks at Five Points have given Dashing Readers some freebies this week!! Yay:) We have 4 Free Appetizer, 4 Free Dessert, and 4 Free Kid’s Meal coupons to give away. All must be used with the purchase of an adult entree.
Dashing – xoxo
