Decorating for the Holidays with Dovecote Decor Part 2

Posted by on December 9, 2014

As you can see from yesterday‘s post, Liz did an amazing job with my mantel.  She wasn’t done yet though… I left to get another child from school and when I came back she had decorated my chandelier.  It was another delightful surprise and looked amazing. She loosely placed the berries through out the chandelier.  There is no wire, just careful placement.

The berries we got from a secret location.  Liz knows all the best spots throughout Winston-Salem to get different berries and other plants.

The final part to our decorating day was to add a little holly that we hadn’t used anywhere and decorate the top of the portrait that hangs in my dining room.  Doesn’t he look ready for Christmas all dressed up?

Please ignore the mess on the table… Liz used traditional holly to decorate my painting

Again, many thanks to Liz for sharing her talent with me and at my house!  I have never been decorated this early in the Christmas season ever and it has never looked so good.
